8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KunJiong BuildTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
